Steps to Create the Business Rule in ILOG JRules:
Create a new Workspace
Create a new Rules Project
Import the BusinessItems.xsd into the rule project
Import the XOM using the XSD.
Create the BOM (Business Object Model) from the XOM (Execution Object Model)
Create the parameters for the rule set (in/out) of type Credit Form
Add a package
Add a rule flow
Create the Business Rule
Complete the Rule Flow
Create the Rule App Project
Deploy the Rule App Project to the RES (Rule Execution service)
